BIOGRAPHY
Leslie's 11 year professional career in the commercial design industry encompassed responsibilities of designer and account manager, but her true calling has always been the fine arts.
After leaving her design career to raise a family, her creative energy discovered new directions. Surprised by the inspiration she felt watching her young children’s unfettered creativity, particularly how they spontaneously used art materials in completely unexpected, non-traditional ways, Leslie expanded the use of her own materials. This exploration continues to ignite her artistic passions today, as she examines and interprets various art mediums in unique and original ways.
Born and raised in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Leslie received her B.F.A. from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and studied at the Maryland Institute of Art. Her paintings and mixed-medium works have been shown in numerous exhibitions over the past twenty one years and hang in corporate and private collections around the globe.
